Louise Gill has been appointed as Inform Health’s new Business Manager, following a 12-year career with rival Idox Health. Louise will report to Commercial Director, Susan Bunn, and support business growth in both existing and new markets.

Jordanna Collins joins Inform Health as a Service Analyst, following operational roles at the National Unplanned Pregnancy Advisory Service, in addition to working alongside sexual health services in an account management capacity at 6PM Solutions and Idox Health. Jordanna will harness her expertise in service delivery - as part of Inform Health’s Professional Services team, led by Product Director Andrew Denman - and will work closely with customers to analyse business requirements and support them to achieve desired operational practice.

Athol Jamieson also joins Inform Health as the company’s newest Project Manager, following 3 years overseeing projects with budgets ranging from £10k to £1m at Idox Health. Athol will draw upon his vast healthcare sector experience as a key member of the Professional Services team, where he will be responsible for ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within budget and to Inform Health’s high standards.

Investing in new talent is a vital part of Inform Health’s commercial strategy, ahead of the release of two new applications.

The first, Inform Personal Health Record for Integrated Sexual Health, is scheduled for release in April and will transform the way sexual health services are delivered. The software has been meticulously designed to empower patients to self-manage their care, while supporting NHS providers to meet increasing demand without sacrificing standards, despite a 25% cut in sexual health spending.

The second product, Inform SARC, has been developed from the ground up with one of the UK’s leading Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) and is expected to be officially launched later this year.

Built using the very latest, browser independent and fully responsive technology, Inform SARC will support the whole team involved in the delivery and management of SARC services including, referrals to SARC, forensic medical examinations, independent sexual violence advisors and counselling.

Commenting on the hiring spree, Commercial Director, Susan Bunn, said she believes the three appointments “represent an important milestone for the business.” Susan continues: “It’s not enough to create innovative systems that support our customers and stakeholders to improve service provision – be that in sexual health, HIV or SARC.

“We’ve spent the last decade building trust and relationships in the healthcare IT market and our customers put their faith in our people to guide them in the right direction, offer insight and expertise and to deliver on promises.

“Maintaining that trust means we have to be very selective when it comes to recruitment. We have to ensure we recruit people with the right qualities. People who reflect our values of going above and beyond to support customers, people who believe in what our customers are trying to achieve and who have the knowledge and tenacity to deliver it.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our newest recruits and believe that the breadth of experience Louise, Jordanna and Athol bring will reinforce our position in the market. It will also play a significant role in our ability to maintain our commitment to innovation and professional integrity, while serving an ever-growing customer base.”
