Inform Health celebrates 15 years at the cutting edge of technology innovation

The UK’s market leader in sexual health systems, Inform Health, is marking 15 years in business, thanks to continued organic growth, strong investment in people and a commitment to innovation.

The company was founded 2010 by Susan Bunn, Andrew Denman and Jeff Bassington with the aim of developing systems that would transform the working lives of sexual health professionals, along with the experience of their patients, for the better.

Fast forward 15 years and Inform Health now employs 32 people and supports 38 NHS sexual health and HIV services across the UK to streamline service delivery and improve patient access and experience.  The company also operates in the Sexual Assault Referral Centre space – providing intelligent systems to improve the management of SARCs.

Commercial Director, Sue Bunn, credits Inform Health’s talented workforce as the driving force behind the firm’s continued success.

Commenting on the milestone anniversary, Sue said:

We’ve said from the start that we wanted to be more than just exceptional software. For us, it’s the people – their expertise, passion, integrity and ability to embrace innovation at every turn – that sets us apart.

“Thanks to building a strong team of people who share these values, we’ve successfully navigated our way through the pandemic years, adapting with pace and precision to develop elegant technology solutions that add value to providers, commissioners and patients alike.

“It’s wonderful to be celebrating this milestone anniversary and to reflect on how far we’ve come as a business. Our sights are firmly set on continuing to blaze a trail alongside our customers in the sexual health, HIV and SARC markets and invest in our people and our technology to maintain our position as the UK’s market leader in sexual health systems.
