Get set for the 2024 Inform Health User Conference!

Inform Health will be welcoming customers from across the country to the IET Birmingham later this month to participate in the 2024 User Conference event.

Taking place on the 17th of October, the event promises to offer sexual health and HIV service professionals the opportunity to network, share best practice and learn about new advancements designed to improve patient experience and service performance.

The event will kick off with a host of engaging presentations from members of the Inform Health team, covering new system capabilities, product updates, plans for the service desk and more. Before breaking for lunch, Dr. Jack Shaw from Royal Devon University Healthcare will share his experience of utilising Inform Health systems to support service redesign and Dr. Emily Lord, from Oxford University Hospitals, will present a case study on publishing patient results to the PHR.

Informal ‘speed dating’ demos will be on offer throughout the lunchbreak, before the afternoon’s presentation by Product Director, Andrew Denman, on Inform Health’s future direction. Collaborative workshops will follow, where participants will gain and share insights on a range of issues before presenting their findings.

The 2024 User Conference will culminate with a brief event summary and Q&A session with a panel of Inform Health experts.

Commenting on the event, Inform Health’s Commercial Director, Sue Bunn, said: “Sexual health services face complex challenges, and we’re determined to ensure that our systems continue to support customers to navigate them successfully. The User Conference will help shape the future direction of our innovative healthcare IT systems and offer a platform for sexual health professionals to come together to learn from and share best practice. We can’t wait to welcome our customer community to IET Birmingham next week.”
